Stay Out of Direct Sunlight Whenever Possible
Exposure to ultraviolet light breaks down the supportive tissue in your skin. Direct sunlight inhibits strength and flexibility in elasticity. By wearing a broad spectrum, above 30+ SPF sunscreen when you’re running errands or doing other outdoor activities, you will be shielded at times when you’re not even thinking about sun exposure. Cover yourself with sunscreen, UV-clothing, or hats. Try to step into the shade when you’re without these items. Over a long period of time, you will help prevent wrinkles from forming or deepening.
